New Peer Group Opportunity

Phil Krone • Aug 05, 2011

Could you use a regular forum to discuss your major sales and business development concerns?

Sales pros are just beginning to recognize how Peer Groups can act as their de facto Advisory Board – an invaluable tool CEOs have relied on for years!

Productive Strategies  has responded to this need by forming “BONIS” SM Peer Groups: issue-driven forums for professionals who are directly responsible for developing new business. Members may include direct sales people, independent reps, entrepreneurs, and business professionals tasked with new business development (lawyers, engineers, technology providers). In other words….hunters.

Our first group, which I facilitate, has been meeting in downtown Chicago for several months. The group includes professionals selling legal, financial, and HR related services. We are seeking additional members. Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in downtown Chicago. Additional groups are also in the works.

The goal is to enable individuals who are committed to exceptional performance to benefit from what amounts to a dedicated Advisory Board. Here you will share best practices, be held accountable for your results and gain support from others who are walking a similar path.

The Peer Groups operate under the acronym of  BONISSM.  The initials stand for the five types of activities the members will focus on month-to-month.

Each  Productive Strategies  Peer Group is designed to include 8-12 non-competing professionals who meet monthly for 2 hours. Each member is expected to bring some unique value and expertise to the group. Meetings will be facilitated by professionals from our staff with many years of sales, business development and management experience.
